I’ve had the chance to work alongside Randi Von Bose as part of the Utah Bar Leadership Academy, a year-long program focused on developing leaders who are committed to public service and community impact. Randi is exactly the kind of person I’d want in any room where important decisions are being made. She’s thoughtful, steady, and engaged. She listens more than she talks, but when she speaks, people pay attention, because what she says is measured, principled, and grounded in real care for the people around her. In our work together, I’ve seen how she builds trust, invites collaboration, and focuses on solving problems rather than scoring points. She’s not in this for attention or personal ambition. She’s running because she feels a real responsibility to serve her community—and because she’s ready. I believe Randi will bring that same approach to city council. She’ll do the work. She’ll listen. She’ll help people feel seen and heard. And she’ll stay grounded in her values even when things get tough. That’s the kind of leadership every city needs, and it’s why I’m proud to support Randi Von Bose.
